Ordering :: All prices are in pounds sterling, please use the currency converter to work out the price in your currency. Please check our faq page before ordering. All items are made to order in your choice of size/colour etc. As a guide 4-8 weeks is currently the norm. Always provide us with a required date to work to, we will let you know if it isnt possible. If an item is urgent we will do our best to provide it. The site operates a shopping cart, select the item you want, choose Size/Colour/Quantity and you will be taken to the credit card payment and info screens. Orders are encrypted for your security and we operate under a SECURE server with current Thawte certificate, so you will see the padlock sign at the bottom of your browser screen when you enter credit card details. We take security seriously and never enclose credit card details in emails.

Orders can be gift wrapped at no additional charge, please ask. We are constantly adding to our range and can also source many items not displayed, if you have something in mind we will try to get it for you at a good price.

Delivery:: UK (Mainland)delivery is £4.95, Europe £7.95 US and all other countries delivery £11.95. Shipping costs are for as many items as you like. Shipping is via courier. If you are out they will leave a card. Delivery will be attempted on two occasions before being returned to us. If items are returned to us undelivered we incur an additional fee and redelivery will be charged for.

Payment:: We accept MasterCard,Electron, Access, Visa, Barclaycard, Delta, Switch/Maestro, Electron and Solo Cards. Simply include the details requested on the order form, and we will charge your card. Alternatively phone or fax your card details. It is not necessary for you to calculate the exchange rate or anything when filling in the order form. All items are listed in UK pounds. The exchange from one currency to another is automatically made by your credit card company when we charge your card, and you should see the exchange rate applied on your next statement. Paypal is also available by arrangement, please email your order with a paypal request and we will invoice you at the days exchange rate.

Returns :: Important, please read carefully.

If you wish to return an item, please email us first, with your order information and why you are returning. Do not return before we have replied to you.

All returns should be sent registered (signed for) post to Bridal Corsets . Please email us first and be sure to include your order number and customer details. Do not return before we have replied to you.

All in stock tiara's, petticoats, hosiery, standard lingerie (not made to measure), gloves etc are returnable if not suitable . Note briefs/thongs etc cannot be returned.

All made to order and made to measure items are not refundable, so please order with care this includes all our corsets , intimate lingerie (ie briefs) and cloaks. . We are happy to discuss your requirements and assist your choice. However made to order items can be exchanged for an alternative size or style if returned within 7 days of our shipping date (20 Internationally). All authorised returns are subject to a minimum £15 admin fee to cover postage and admin costs except where we have made an error in your order. There will also be a 30% restocking fee if goods are made to order or include corsets and other non refundable items. We reserve the right not to accept returns on non refundable items but will work with the customer for an amicable solution where possible.

If you receive a faulty item you MUST inform us within 3 days of receipt and return the item within 7 days (14 for international customers). All goods supplied by us are subject to manufacturing tolerances and are warranted as being suitable for the purpose for which they are designed, under fair conditions. Our liability will be limited to the replacement, free repair or issue of credit against goods acknowledged by us to be faulty, providing such faults have not be caused by your misuse, negligent handling or improper care of the goods. A replacement will be provided as quickly as possible or an alternative /refund offered. Faults not reported within 3 days of receipt will not be considered.

The customer is responsible for the cost and safety of any returns to us.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We appreciate we dont have a returns policies like big companies, we are a small specialist online retailer. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions. We will always clarify any issue in writing if requested.

All sizes stated are approximate and are measured in imperial inches. Refunds will not be given for garments that do not fit, please ensure you have measured yourself fully, and allow a margin for alterations. If in doubt please contact us before ordering.

We reserve the right not to credit any goods sent to us without authorization, or where the goods have been altered.

All descriptions of goods in any catalogue including this website or other publication produced by us, are provided for general guidance only, and do not form part of any contract. We accept no liability for errors or omissions in such documents and are not liable for any damage, loss-of-business or personal injury that may result from your reliance on such descriptions or illustrations.

We reserve the right to cancel, suspend or delay delivery of an order without being liable for any loss or damage if the supply of the goods is prevented or delayed for reasons of war (whether declared or not) civil strife, riots, adverse weather conditions, fire, flood, labour disputes, accidents or any other circumstances beyond our control.

All disputes will be settled under United Kingdom Law

Cancellation:: Cancellations will be accepted within 72 hours of the original order and must be received in writing or by e-Mail. Thereafter, the order is considered to be a legally binding contract. An order can only be considered cancelled when the Buyer receives a written or e-Mail confirmation of acceptance from us. Therefore if you do not hear from us, please email or fax us again.As most orders are made to order items cancelled whilst being made are subject to loss of all/some of the initial deposit charged depending on item, please ask for further details. We aim to bring you as wide a range of garments as possible, mostly made to order, many also made to measure so please order with care. A restocking fee of 30% is charged for returns where you have changed your mind unless you exchange for another item / credit note. Refunds will always be less a minimum of £15 admin/credit card processing handling fee. Orders that exceed their normal delivery period (4-9 weeks) can always be cancelled with full deposit refund. Refunds are issued in the same form as original payment and are processed within 30 days as recommended by the Office of Fair trading. Credit cards should show the refund within 30 days of the refund depending on your bank's processes, usually much sooner..
